Funchal Hills, a Home in Madeira

Funchal Hills is a fully restored traditional house, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the amphitheatre of Funchal city and is ideal for families and groups of two to four people.

The house is approximately 60 m2 and is composed of two spaces, one of which has a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The other space has a bedroom with two single beds, a small living room and a bathroom. The two spaces can be used separately in the same booking.

Outside, there is a patio and a rooftop terrace with extensive views over the city and towards the sea.

The house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



NOTES

An independent part of the house is reserved for the owner, who shares the garden.

Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.

The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when travelling around the island.

Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and then weekly maintenance cleaning is done, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
