Doca's Refuge by Homie

Welcome to Doca's Refuge, a welcoming apartment just a stone's throw from Doca do Cavacas, known for its charming natural pools and proximity to Madeira's sea.



Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious living room, connected to the kitchen through a practical breakfast bar.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals with complete comfort. The living room, spacious and cosy, was designed to convey serenity through its décor inspired by the ocean's blue tones, reflecting the maritime spirit of its privileged location.



On the same floor, you will find the master bedroom, with direct access to a welcoming balcony — perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or dinner.



This balcony extends and connects to another outdoor space, equipped with comfortable furniture, including a table, chairs and a sofa, providing the ideal setting for moments of relaxation.



The house also has a functional bathroom, equipped with a bathtub to relax after a day exploring the island.



The location is another major highlight: just a few steps away you have everything you need, from supermarkets and restaurants to beaches and leisure spots, to enjoy the best that Madeira has to offer.



Doca's Refuge is the perfect place for those seeking to combine convenience, proximity to the sea and the unique experience of living Madeira authentically.



We inform you that, from 28 September 2026, renovation works will begin on the building, with an expected duration of approximately 12 months.



The works will focus mainly on the building's façades, paintwork and common areas. During this period, there may be some noise during daytime hours, always within the schedules permitted by law.



Due to the nature of the works, scaffolding, equipment and construction materials may also be used, which may temporarily obstruct the view from the balcony, depending on the phase and duration of the works.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.

We also inform you that check-ins after 22:00 have an extra fee of €20, paid to our host at the time of check-in.
