This modern apartment with a balcony, located right by the sea, is the perfect base for exploring Madeira Island. It is ideal for families. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and large windows that flood the room with natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying all your daily meals. In addition to essential cookware and utensils, for your convenience, there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, and a dishwasher. A dining table with chairs is also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry area.

The harmoniously designed master bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds are fitted with high-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Both bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment!

This is a self-check-in property, and we will require identity verification prior to entry. Check-in is available from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests must fill out the guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local Portuguese authorities.

The property has a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking. If our team finds evidence of a violation of this rule (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a cap of €80.

For the first few days, we provide essential amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag.

Additional keys: €20 (extra pair of keys subject to availability; covers lost keys or lockout service during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen change: equivalent to the standard cleaning fee rate. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

The property is two minutes away from the shore and such natural rock pools and bays as «Poça do Gomes» and «Formosa Beach» and just minutes away from the «Forum Madeira» Shopping Mall and a number of fine famous restaurants such as «Marisqueira O’ Barqueiro» or «Real Canoa». «Madeira Magic Gym» gym, where you could subscribe both for long/short terms, is situated nearby.

The location of the property is further advantageous as it only takes you 20 to 30 minutes of pleasant walk to reach the city center either through the streets full of bars and restaurants or along the seafront with magnificent views. Alternatively, you could take a car/taxi (~5 mins) or a bus (both main city line bus and airport shuttle bus stops are placed nearby).
