The apartment includes three cozy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each feature two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends, with soothing décor that creates a calm, restful environment. The third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, providing a peaceful sanctuary for a good night's sleep. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The adjoining bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi shower, offering a touch of spa-like relaxation. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

You’ll also enjoy access to a private patio, a wonderful spot for al fresco dining or a quiet morning coffee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in a quiet residential area of Funchal, this home offers the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Just a short drive away, you can reach the city center, the famous Mercado dos Lavradores, the Funchal Cable Car, the vibrant Municipal Garden, and the Marina, ideal for seaside strolls. You’ll also find supermarkets, cafés, and excellent local restaurants nearby. Perfect for guests who want to explore the city, relax, and experience the true essence of Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
