This delightful 75 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 4th floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with beautiful and stylish décor, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambience. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

There are two beautiful bedrooms: the master bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe.

A shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

São Martinho, located in the western part of Funchal, offers visitors a balanced mix of coastal beauty and urban convenience. It's home to the famous Lido area, where guests can enjoy scenic promenades, ocean pools, and a variety of seaside cafés and restaurants. The area is well-connected and ideal for exploring Funchal's attractions, including the vibrant city centre and lush botanical gardens.

Nearby, you'll find shopping centres, local markets, and access to boat tours or dolphin-watching trips. São Martinho also provides a gateway to some of Madeira's stunning hiking routes and panoramic viewpoints. It's an ideal base for travellers who want to experience both the island's natural charm and the cultural buzz of Funchal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Depois Forum Madeira (lines 01 and 48), is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
