For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher for effortless cleanup and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a plush queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Ample storage space is provided for your belongings, while the ensuite bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located on Funchal and offers residents a prime position to enjoy a variety of nearby attractions and amenities. Within walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, greengrocers, bakeries, pharmacies, hairdressers, car rental services, shopping centres, and some of Madeira's finest bars and restaurants.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre is just a four-minute walk away, providing a range of retail options.

Nature lovers can explore the nearby Jardim Panorâmico, a serene spot ideal for relaxation and taking in the island's natural beauty.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, APS Caracas S (855), is just a 3-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
