This delightful 120² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a typical Portuguese style, providing guests with a peaceful and memorable ambience.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed each and an ample wardrobe.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely annexe outside, which includes a sitting area, ping-pong table, and service bathroom, providing the perfect place to relax and have fun.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area of Funchal offers a delightful mix of local charm and convenience, with peaceful surroundings that still keep you close to the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Visitors will find traditional shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, along with easy access to the heart of the capital, where culture, history, and entertainment come together.

It is also an excellent location for exploring Madeira’s natural beauty, with scenic viewpoints, lush gardens, and coastal walks just a short distance away. Whether strolling through the streets of Funchal or venturing into the island’s landscapes, this spot provides a comfortable and inviting base for any stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Cabeço de Ferro (lines 7, 33, 36, 47, 50), is in front of the house.

Madeira Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
