Savoy Monumentalis is a modern and charming air-conditioned apartment, which stands out for its decorative details, high-quality equipment, and a spacious balcony with a wide sea view, where you can enjoy the sun and be dazzled by the sunset.

The apartment is on the 6th floor of a newly built building with high standards of quality and comfort, located in a prime area of Funchal, with a garden, infinity pool with sea views, a communal gym, and free private parking in a spacious garage.

The apartment has an interior area of 105 m² and a balcony of around 40 m², totalling 145 m² of private area, in addition to the vast communal areas of gardens, swimming pools and solarium.

The apartment comprises a bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

It also includes a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is in the Lido area, Funchal's main tourist district.

A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 550 m from the Forum Madeira shopping centre, 700 m from the Lido bathing complex and 1.8 km from Praia Formosa.

Services and places of interest are within easy walking distance, and there are bus stops next to the building. The airport Aerobus stops about 200 m from the building's south entrance.

By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The building's pool is not heated, but it is open all year round, except during maintenance.

The apartment is in a high-density urban area with shops and services, where there may be noise at peak times, but the apartment is usually quiet and the balcony doors have good sound insulation.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
