Terrace Apartment by Atlantic Holiday is a well-designed and comfortable apartment located in Funchal, Madeira Island, offering a practical and inviting setting for up to four guests. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen size bed, complemented by a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two additional guests. A bathroom serves the apartment, equipped to meet everyday needs with ease.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, as well as cutlery, plates, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals. The living area offers a pleasant space to unwind, with a smart TV and box available for entertainment.



Guests also have access to shared facilities within the building, including a swimming pool and a gym, adding extra convenience and flexibility to their stay. A private parking space in the garage is available for those travelling by car.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
