âEtt bra boende till en rimlig peng. Stora fina rum och vĂ€ldigt trevlig personal. Detta var andra gĂ„ngen vi bodde dĂ€r och vi kommer sĂ€kert tillbaka. Vi har bott dĂ€r i samband med shopping pĂ„ Chicago premium outlets.â
âthis is the best hotel i've ever stayed at. the staff are genuine, kind beyond measure, accommodating. their good intentions are equally present in both words and actions. if you're considering staying here, please don't look any further. you won't regret it! â
âThis hotel is such a gem. I had originally booked a different hotel but switched last minute. Iâm very glad I did. Excellent service from check in to checkout. Really great staff. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Lovely rooms. Has its own bar, restaurant, coffee. Would recommend!!â
âVi ville ha ett enkelt hotell med wifi, gratis parkering samt access till de stora vĂ€garna. Det var precis vad vi fick.
Rummet var stort och luftigt och hade sköna sÀngar.
Frukosten var helt ok. Det fanns soppa att ta pÄ kvÀllen om man vad hungrig, men inte orkade gÄ ut.
Det finns restauranger/starbucks/7-eleven i nĂ€rheten, sĂ„ mat var inget problem. Det gick till och med att promenera dit, vilket Ă€r ovanligt i USA.â
âEtt mycket bra hotell som Ă€r nyrenoverat 2015 med trevlig personal, bra frukost, inomhus pool och nyrenoverat fitnessrum. Ett minus för jĂ€ttedyra telefonavgift för lokalsamtal. Det Ă€r billigare att ringa frĂ„n en svensk mobiltelefon lokalt Ă€n att ringa frĂ„n rumstelefonen vilket Ă€r vĂ€ldigt konstigt.â
âSlow speed on the WiFi, the bathroom door could not opened full because the toilet was in the way. The elevator was broke several times during our stay. There was no linen, pillows or towels for our two kids in our room when we arrived. When we asked for pillows to the kids at the hotel reception we were told that they didnât have more pillows at the time.

âStay was great. We did have a bath facet that was seriously dripping water. They fixed immediately. Breakfast was average, which is better than most.
Property was very well maintained and attractive. Would stay again. â
âThe room was clean and had a number of amenities, to include a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was extremely friendly and treated our pup just like a guest. There was a nice path to walk our pup on and the front desk provided extra poop bags as needed. The breakfast crew kept the breakfast bar stocked, even during peak times. We appreciated our stay here, enjoyed the location as it felt safe and was easy to access a number of places we wanted to go. We would return!â
âI really enjoy coming here always quiet compared to other hotels. This time I got to enjoy the hot tub and pool . Awesome! Breakfast was great. This time I enjoyed some extras. Orange water was amazing at the door also used the tea maker in my room. Only down side. I was the room above the front entrance. I could hears doors opening and closing none stop through out my stay. Of all the things that just one small thing compared to the enjoyment I always have at this hotel. Hope to see you next...
