Mycket trevligt hotell med hög servicekänsla. Restaurang med riktigt god mat. Möjlighet till vinprovning på hotellet, vingård mitt över gatan. Otroliigy fin utsikt 450möh.

Dålig vistelse
Hotelet ligger upp på berget mot havet, inga affärer i närheten. Närmaste stan är Amalfi, ditt måste man köra bil eller ta buss. Man känner sig instängd. Dålig service. Dålig internet. Dålig frukost. Dyr mat. Lämnade hotellet en dag tidigare.

Dear Guest, thank you for having stayed at our hotel. We are very sorry for your negative experience but we would like to clarify a few things. The location is clearly indicated in the description and in the area map as well as the distance from Amalfi (8 km), reachable by car or bus. We have a functioning, free wifi area. Every day we serve a rich buffet breakfast with fresh produce, jams and homemade cakes. For hotel guests we have selected a half-board menu, frankly no more expensive than that served in other restaurants in the area. We regret that you felt caged here and rather than inform us you have suddenly decided to leave a day early without a word. We could help you make your stay more pleasant. Letizia Ferraioli

Fräsch och rent hotell.
Ett hotell som man antingen skall ha egen bil till eller ha ekonomiskt utrymme för taxiresor. Svårt att nå med lokala bussar under augusti pga. att bussarna blir fulla.Räkna alltid med att ge er av minst en avgång tidigare än tänkt alt åk upp till starthållplats i Agerola. Ett minus i området är även att ett av de stora utflyktmålen i området är stängt pga att ett ras i trapporna till fjorden i April ej åtgärdats.

Dear Guest, We thank you for your stay. As you know, our hotel is located on a hill overlooking the sea in a very quiet area, away from the traffic of the coast, but we have a shuttle from the hotel, with reserved seats, to / from the Amalfi Coast at reasonable prices. Furthermore we regret that the Fjord was unreachable because of a landslide, but if only you had asked the front desk ,we could arrange trips no less interesting than the Fjord. Mycket bra service, en underbar utsikt, en bergsby, dock 6 km ner till vattnet, och butiker, restauranger. Internet funkar "sådär" Ett familjehotel där hela familjen är verksam. Vägg i vägg med hotellet finns en vingård.

Struttura ubicata a Furore con una posizione fantastica, dotata di parcheggio gratuito e da queste parti è un servizio che fa la differenza ed un panorama mozzafiato. Personale della reception gentile e disponibile così come il personale del ristorante, consigliato perché si mangia molto bene. Colazione abbondantr, consigliatissime le piccole pastiere, sublimi!!! A mio personale parere, hotel e ristorante superconsigliati a cui sento di ringraziare per l'ospitalità.

Amazing!
Amazing time from start to end. Beautiful views, comfortable room. Great balcony. All the reasons you visit the Amalfi coast without the premium price. It’s about 20 minutes away from the city center but the views and service more than made up for it. We had dinner and breakfast included with our stay. It was a lovely spread. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel. Room was very clean and was serviced every morning. The view was breathtaking. The staff were also kind enough to give us a free upgrade. We tried nearly every item on the menu and they were all delicious. Although watermelon was not on the menu, the staff did provide that and it was very tasty. All the fruits are very fresh. Location was a bit challenging as the hotel is located in the middle of a mountain. Google Maps was not helpful in getting us to our destination and we had to walk a rough 20 minute patch with all of our luggage through the mountain using very steep stair cases and going through peoples backyards. When going to Amalfi, taxis are very expensive and only the 5080 bus comes to the hotel. The bus can be packed which means you have to wait in the heat until the next bus. Bus drivers don't sell tickets and there is no signal upon exiting the hotel. It would be great if the hotel started selling bus tickets. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Amalfi and Positano.

Lovely hotel with great views and a lovely restaurant. Our breakfasts were the highlight of the stay. The only thing worth mentioning - our phones did not have service in the room and the WiFi was out of wack a lot of times (but apparently it happens often in the area). Staff is always available to help out with anything and ordered us taxi from and back to the Naples. Great experience.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and new. The view is amazing. Free breakfast. The staff is amazing from the front desk, workers, even the chef and most especially Simona. She just so pleasant and attentive. I even got a nice friendly hug from her. She is the best. Couldn’t ask for anything more. When we go back to Italy I’d definitely go back to Albergo Diffuso Bacco Furore.

The Air Conditioning was not good at all. It barely cooled. I’m from Texas so we like it cool inside. It was hard to sleep. But the location was great.

Staff was the best, property was confusing to get to and has very limited parking, which is understandable given the location. Rooms were ok needed some dusting, full of mosquitos and other small insects, knob to turn on shower fell off, fridge wouldnt cool… little things like that. Again the staff was great, very personable and attentive its just too bad the hotel is not up to the same level.

Not Ideal location
A little too far off the beaten path. Buses don’t always pick you up/have room so only way to travel to amalfi/positano is by taxi which is priceyyyyyy. Wouldn’t recommend. Not many food options or things to do nearby. Some staff felt a bit sneaky when giving us pricing for taxi/etc and was often different when we went directly to source. Would recommend staying closer to one of the bigger cities. Overall would have been okay with not going to amalfi coast at all.

Siamo stati accolti da Simona, che ha preso contatto con noi già durante il viaggio, ci ha fornito indicazioni precise sul percorso. Quando siamo arrivati ci ha dato tutte le informazioni e i consigli sulle mete e le attrazioni locali, ci ha messo a nostro agio e ci ha seguito per tutto il soggiorno. Al mattino Fernando ci ha preparato delle colazioni stratosferiche, ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita con efficienza e professionalità. Dalla terrazza dove abbiamo fatto colazione si gode di un panorama sul mare da fare invidia ai più famosi belvedere. La pulizia è impeccabile e l'attenzione ai più piccoli particolari assoluta, inoltre l'albergo è dotato di posto auto gratuito, cosa da non trascurare vista la difficoltà di parcheggi nella costiera amalfitana. Consigliamo questa struttura vivamente

In a nutshell, we regretted staying here and wished we had stayed literally anywhere else. Also, none of the photos you see are were we actually were placed. Photos look nice. This REALLY wasn't. Before arrival, someone reached out since they have many properties & needed to be sure we went to the right one/had someone greet us. Seemed nice. However when we arrived, it was extremely confusing where to go. There were 2 other hotels in that small area, and I was never told the name of the hotel so I didn't know where to go. When we DID get in touch with someone to check us in, they took our passports to make copies and just put them in a drawer and became upset/rude when I asked for them back later. After checking us into a bare basics room that only had towels and some soap, I had to go ask for the wifi password because there was no info on ANYTHING in the room. Literally just walls, a door, and beds. I asked for the wifi password and a restaurant worker came so close to me he leaned the front of his body against me, rudely took my phone from me and put in the password. It was extremely uncomfortable making me feel unsafe to be there. In the end no one gave us the right password and it wasn't until I got a screen recording of connecting to the wifi that I learned they were giving me the WRONG ONE! On top of that, the wifi didn't even reach the room so no wifi the whole time. Stood out in the cold for wifi when critical. terrible hospitality, sketchy room, poor amenities.

Amalfi ist mit Auto 20 min entfernt … Verkehr ist schrecklich und die Straßen eng . 5 euro / h Parkplatz egal wo man parkt … muss schon in der Früh dort sein ansonsten erwischt kein Prakplatz mehr. Unterkunft an sich schön , große Apartment mit alles was man braucht ( Waschmaschine aber kein Geschirrspüler) Es wird nicht geputzt , man muss alles selbst machen . 1 Min entfernt gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft Parkplatz nicht immer frei , 6 Plätze insgesamt vor der Unterkunft. Ohne Auto ist ganz schlecht irgendwo zu hinfahren.

Ved ankomst fikk vi beskjed om at rommene på hotellet var under oppussing og vi fikk derfor ett rom 5 min kjøretur unna. Rommet lå rett ved hovedveien og var riktig bråkete. Frokosten var en skuffelse! Dette er ikke ett hotell, men en restaurant som i tillegg leier ut rom. Overhodet ikke verdt pengene.

Dear Mr Ingeborg, if you read when you make reservation it's written that your room is in depandance , is written that you have to walk for 05 minutes away.Concerning the noisy, Furore is a very tiny village and there no so many noise like you say.Moreover the breakfast every clients of us advise about their good experience for our breakfast , we are sorry that you do not enjoy.We suppose that you do not like the extra fee for the extra bed.At the end we are Albergo DIFFUSO, hotel and restaurant.Anyway thank you for your feedback. The staff are really wonderful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Simone and Maria in particular were so kind and incredibly helpful. The restaurant food was wonderful and the ricotta at breakfast was delicious, probably the best I've ever had. The only thing to know before you book is that the dependence room is about a 10 minute walk away from the main restaurant & breakfast area.

A bit of a drive from the Amalfi Coast main road but definitely worth it. A charming hotel with an amazing mountain view of the sea and an excellent restaurant. We had 2 delicious meals and breakfast was very good and varied.The staff in both places were friendly and attentive.
