Fantastic stay — highly recommend! We loved our time here. The location is perfect, with incredible views of the sea and stunning sunsets every evening. The house was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Maria was an amazing host — warm, welcoming, and attentive. She even left a lovely welcome gift for us and the kids (the homemade limoncello was amazing!). A huge bonus was having a parking space right next to the house, which made everything so convenient. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I, as well as our friends, absolutely loved staying at this property. It was everything that was advertised. The property was in a convenient location-, although having a car is very helpful. The villa is beautiful, clean, and had amazing views. Maria, our host, was as kind and responsive as I could've ever imagined. For example, she arranged for a local chef who teaches at a local high school to prepare a dinner for our party. The teacher brought one of his students as well, which we thought was very awesome. Also, we did not have a travel scale, so Maria brought one from her home to us. I strongly recommend staying at this location, not only for the beautiful location and amazing property, but also for the kindness of the host.

Villa Il Mignale was a wonderful place to stay. An amazing location with great views, the house was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything one might need. Balcony, roof terrace and garden meant there was a lot of private outdoor space to enjoy the spectacular views. Maria was a very kind and always available host. She welcomed us in person (with a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a bottle of home made limoncello), gave good recommendations for places to eat out at and buy food and when we needed her (the main fuse blew once) she was immediately available to help. The private parking was an added bonus. It can be thoroughly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Centrally located between Amalfi and Positano, the property gave us easy options for restaurants and shopping. Maria was extremely attentive and checked in halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back here.

Maria is an exceptional host. The welcome basket was her homemade limoncello which was delicious and a bottle of red wine with these huge lemons grown on the property. She was always available to answer our questions about restaurants and traveling. The villa is in the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still convenient to get to major spots. Btw her guide book is just perfect!Thanks again !

What a beautiful property. The views are amazing with a wraparound balcony on the main living floor and an enormous top floor deck. The interior is pristine with plenty of space and everything functioning perfectly. Maria was a great host, very responsible and very good communicating. Highly recommend.

Maria und ihr Mann sind zwei liebenswerte Personen, die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Die Lage ist gut ca. 80 m ist eine Baushaltestelle wo regelmäßig die Busse nach Amalfi fahren. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist super ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Magnifico!

Our stay at Maria’s breathtaking, magnificent villa was an experience we will always treasure. The garden, the terrace, the views, the kitchen, the location, everything was perfect! Our family will return again. We were welcomed with homemade limoncello, local wine, and delicious lemons from the lemon tree from the garden. Maria and her family treated us as their own. We experienced an unexpected issue with our car, and Maria helped us navigate through all of it. This villa is the best kept secret of the Amalfi Coast! We enjoyed a special vacation and connected as a family through this beautiful villa. Thank you, Maria and family. We are so grateful!

SPECTACULAR

We so enjoyed our stay! It was a Christmas present to 2 of our sons and a spouse after marrying our youngest son days earlier in Italy. Maria was an excellent host. Our one son slept under the stars every nite on roof balcony and awoke each day to beautiful sunrises. We cooked in the kitchen and every nite enjoyed fantastic balcony time. We also enjoyed time on balconies off our rooms. Very well stocked with everything you need. To top it off was the roof top shower to both start and end your day:). We made a pledge with our kids to comeback and celebrate our anniversaries. The ringing bell tower above us brought a joyfull sound to our ears each evening. Thanks again for sharing this dream home you grew up in Maria.

Booking process was seamless, the villa was beautiful, amenities were excellent, the view was stunning over the coast, if you want a villa for the sunset view this is the one, Maria and her daughter the host was so helpful and made our stay perfect booking a boat trip for the day for us and sorting the car parking on the day too. A fabulous location for visiting all the towns and villages.

Perfect for us!

The property was as advertised. Photos may not even do it justice. We stayed 7 nights and it was wonderful. Views are spectacular, the sunny upper deck was great, with plenty of options to lounge. If you get hot, a hot/cold outdoor pan head shower will cool you off. Several other outdoor places to sit, or eat and watch the boats go by far below. Often we would tour around during the day, but sometimes come back in mid or late afternoon just to enjoy the place. One day, we never left and had a chef come in to cook, also an awesome dining experience. To top it off, Maria is an awesome, attentive host who is available for questions or help. We rented a car, and this place has an off of the road parking space, which is also awesome for Amalfi Coast standards. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Incredible, beautiful home! Based on the photos and reviews, we had very high expectations, but those expectations were exceeded in every way. The home is immaculate and beautiful, the views are unforgettable, and Maria was wonderful, meeting us at check-in annd answering our questions throughout our trip. We stayed for three days but wished we could have stayed much longer. Maria, thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will be back!

Clean and spacious villa with amazing views!

The villa is absolutely stunning! It is very clean, well appointed, and spacious. There are amazing views from almost every room. It’s about a 25 minute drive to Amalfi and 45 minutes to an hour from Positano. Our host Maria was attentive and gracious. She was quick to address our needs and answer our questions. I would love to return someday and highly recommend Villa Mignale to anyone looking to stay on the Amalfi Coast.

Amazing Property in Peaceful Setting

We had a great time. The house is spectacular and immaculately clean. Views are amazing. Maria and her family are great hosts. True unreasonable hospitality. Maria’s daughter helped us book a fantastic boat charter to Capri for the day and Maria’s husband helped us one day with a flat tire in our rental car. He took us to a local mechanic who fixed the tire in 5 minutes for us. I highly recommend a rental car even though there are a couple of great restaurants within walking distance from the house and a small market with great local wine selection as well. We will be back. Amazing and breathtaking

When we booked this home online, we knew it was an incredible property. But when we arrived and saw it in person, it was absolutely breathtaking. The house is located on the side of a cascading cliff and the views were unbelievable. The outdoor area has many different places to enjoy and soak up the view. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and very well done. The location was excellent to visit all areas of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Positano, as well as the local town, which was very charming. The hosts, Luca and Maria, were extremely helpful and very gracious. They were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this treasure on the sea.
