“The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

“My family of four (Dad, Mom, kids 11,8) enjoyed our stay. The ski in, ski out with a ski locker/locker room was fantastic! Our unit was clean with clean sheets, extra towels, etc. The TVs (and their remotes) all worked, etc. The staff was very friendly and basically got us an extra day on the slopes by working out the logistics of an early check-out combined with a late afternoon airport pick-up. Couple of things to note: We were in a second floor unit with a family above us tromping...

“the management of the property was suboptimal. First of all we did not get what we booked due to the property mechanical issues. We were assigned to other "similar equivalent" property. There is no on-site services available. The answering service was not helpful. We are not rude but they are not warm either. I guess this is the mentality of a large corporation of employees.”
