âalready when we got there we felt like a problem. unpleasant at the front desk, when we had problems with our door they just sighed and barely wanted to help us. You do not feel welcome at this hotel, it is not near any supermarket and no other attractions. The only thing that was ok was that the hotel was relatively clean. but not a hotel i would recommendâ

âTotal bait and switch. Booked months in advance only to arrive and find the main infinity pool closed and wrapped in âPELIGROâ tape. No notice was given. Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an âall-inclusiveâ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality.â
