“Så mycket vackrare läge än alla hotell som ligger centralt. Underbar pool i solnedgången. God mat och mycket uppmärksam och trevlig personal. Synd att alla taxiförare sov efter kl 22 och att hotellet ej kunde skicka någon att hämta oss Det blev en spännande vandring i mörker Jag skulle välja Radisson igen om jag åker till uderbara Shimla. Det är faktiskt inte särskilt långt att gå till centrum”

“It was a pleasant stay at Radisson except for the fact that there is no heating facility even in a suite. We were given a room heater and electric blanket which is still not adequate for Kufri winters. But overall the hotel is clean and quiet with slightly expensive dining menu.”

“I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). “If staying at this hotel, do not get a room on the 4th floor. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and whenever someone pulls a chair out in the restaurant, the screeching sound is heard very loudly in the room. After a day long trek, I wanted to get some rest. There was a loud party in the restaurant that went till 1AM. Upon enquiring, I was told that the party host was the MD of the hotel and they cannot be told to stop after a reasonable time. The rooms are NOT sound proof. So I could not get...
