“Certainly one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. The location is quiet with a beautiful view. The lodge itself and the rooms are extremely nice with a cozy ambience. The view from the house is amazing and the host is so sweet - giving a lot of advice on what to do, what to eat etc. Every evening we got a small evening snack and on Easter also an Easter chocolate at breakfast. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. Frukost ingick ej - finns litet mysigt fik man kan köpa kaffe o lite mackor/fikabröd. Hotellets restaurang hade riktigt bra mat där vi åt två kvällar , annars finns bara en 'pizzeria' till i närområdet. Ligger ca 20min utanför Knysna -härlig utsikt på vägen ut . Rekommenderas”

“The Aquamarine guest house is a gem in terms of comfort, service and location- with a view over the bay. Highly recommended- but the parking is really at your own risk. Not for theft but for damaging the car when getting into the awkward parking lots. There is however a free taxi shuttle- so once you have parked you don’t need to use the car until you leave. Unfortunately we had a shuttle driver with annoyingly strong opinions about the situation in South Africa, but maybe we were just unlucky...
