Nunca habia visto una real preocupacion para que estemos a gusto en la nueva habitacion, Gracias Mariana por todos tus esfuerzos. El desayuno muy rico, muy recomendable, el cafe bastante bueno. “Very nice place. Large rooms, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff and a beautiful patio. We had booked a king size bed but got two separated queen sized beds, so contact the hotel to make sure you get the room you booked. Ask the staff for a tour and they'll tell you the history of the buildings. The Hacienda VIP, which is located next door, has a bit fancier rooms, but we prefered the Hacienda since it felt a bit more homy and a little less quiet (even though it was very quiet too).”

“Lovely hotel in the best part of Merida city. Loved the pool area. We had a huge room with two big beds. Nice with chairs outside to sit and relax and watch our kids swim. We had breakfast included and that we had in the cafe. You could chose one thing of the ordinary breakfast menu. Great food! Don't miss market and dance in Parque Lucia on Sundays!”

“The hotel is fairly nice, but expensive for what you get. Staff is attentive and friendly but the rooftop pool has no service so you’re on your own if you want food or drink. They try to follow you around but you can be waiting for service some times. It’s a bit out of the way but 15 minute drive to town. They keep it very clean! A nice quiet hotel. They need to setup a WhatsApp service for concierge and service. ”
