“A bit rude at the reception when my wife went to ask about check in around 14.40 as we had just found the hotel. ”Of course it is not ready as it is not 15.00” well we got in 15.02 so I guess it took that extra 22 minutes to fix our room. Breakfast was very nice and hotel is a great walking distance from City Center. Parking only 8.50 euro per night so is reasonable. Would likely use this hotel again.”

“I was unexpectedly in Cork for one night and I stayed at this lovely hotel. It was excellent location,the friendly staff at the reception let me check in early and gave me a quiet room with a bath. really nice breakfast and restauranf. the only think was that they had a added a breakfast for two on my roomservice bill but theysorted it out with no hazzle at all. gave me good advice on what to do and see”

"Overall a good hotel with very nice and helpful staff and a clean room that looked better than the pictures, but there where some things thant could've been better: The shower/bathtub only has one shower head attached to the wall above the tap with quite low pressure which makes it a bit of an acrobatic performance to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. The vents in the windows could not be completely closed which prevented the loud noises from the street to be shut out. It would've been nice if there were water and bathrobes in the room too. "
