“Very pleasant stay. Hotel is very well located, just on the edge of old quebec, so everything is easily walkable but also easy to access the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom suite which had a comfortable Murphy bed outside the bedroom. While some of the furnishings are showing their age (stiff faucet), we didn't have any issues during our stay. The room service meal we ordered was prompt and tasty with no added fees. Would definitely return next time we're in quebec. ”

“Great location och parking possibilities. On the down side, breakfast is not included and wifi connection in our room was weak and flaky off and on. This is actually a problem for international travelers without local surf and relying on wifi. Our room was located in the 5B section. ”

“We liked our stay. The area around the pool can get a bit too loud. My son had to come back play on the play structure when there was no music playing because he is sensitive to really loud music. The bouncy castles outside were fun for kids. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall if you plan to spend the majority of your time around the hotel the extra price is justified. ”

“We had an amazing stay, although too short! The smell when you walk into the lobby, is so pleasurable, calming not an aggressive smell. You should sell your fragrance !! Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people. We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension...
