“We booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced...

“Excellent location right on the beach! Variety of activities and many hotel amenities, I loved the beach lounges with umbrellas and the hammocks by the trees. Villa ocean view room was perfect for our stay.”

“If you want an uncleaned room at arrival, no propper cleaning in 4 days and funguses in breakfast food, meals thrown together with no style, grumpy lazy staff, and unauthorized withdrawal attempts on you payment card then this is 100% the place for you. How to get a 3-4 yo hotel in such bad condition is quite an achievement. ”

“This was my third stay at the Mint House St. Pete and it was amazing as usual! I will be back again! The location can’t be beat. It is very walkable to lots of amazing restaurants and bars. The units are modern and clean with all the extras you could possibly want including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I book the poolside room and it is perfect with patio walk-out to the pool ”

“The staff was nice and helpful. They offer free streaming of Netflix and Max. Only issue is that the service was spotty and kept buffering. However the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was awesome and area was clean. ”

“My little getaway was amazing!!! The studio was beautiful, had everything we needed I wasn't expecting a full kitchen with baking utensils as well. We had a blast the view was incredible. I loved the outside setup near the pool as well. Will definitely be booking another getaway real soon!! ”

“the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from.”

“Fantastiskt hotell med stora rymliga rum med alla bekvämligheter. Vi bodde 5 personer i en combo lägenhet. Vi blev helt överväldigade, trodde inte våra ögon. Det bössa o finaste boende jag bott på. Oerhört prisvärt.”

A hotel below expectations

"We booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced and overrated. Im so sorry to say that but i have to! The best part of the whole stay was the exellent staff that was so nice and kind ( they cant help the bad standard ) and the great breakfast that was included. We will not come back to this place and i would say if you are used to four star hotels in europe you wont like this place! "
