“Great stay! Room was updated and nice. Balcony was great to sit out on. Ours overlooked the pool. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient with the restaurant attached. Check in was good. One person who was trying to take several calls and check us in but we were early and lucky a room was ready. Came down later and the lobby was packed but there were several people to check them in at that point. Pool looked nice but we didn’t go. “We booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced...

“Being under construction at the time, the outside didn't at first glance mirror the beautiful rooms & views. Starting with the newly renovated, stunning decor, fresh smelling office which offered flavored water & fresh baked cookies. The staff all around were friendly & very helpful. “If you want an uncleaned room at arrival, no propper cleaning in 4 days and funguses in breakfast food, meals thrown together with no style, grumpy lazy staff, and unauthorized withdrawal attempts on you payment card then this is 100% the place for you. How to get a 3-4 yo hotel in such bad condition is quite an achievement. ”

The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didn´t stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there! I think this hotel is so over priced and overrated. Im so sorry to say that but i have to! The best part of the whole stay was the exellent staff that was so nice and kind ( they cant help the bad standard ) and the great breakfast that was included. We will not come back to this place and i would say if you are used to four star hotels in europe you wont like this place! "
