Staff dealt with this situation in a friendly and helpful manner and found a resolution as computers remained off all evening. Lovely room, food really good and staff very helpful at all times. “The hotel is in a very peaceful countryside location, but only 10 to 15 minutes from Gloucester, with good road links to the rest of the Cotswolds. “Great location and setting. Reception staff very nice and helpful, a nice touch with a warm cookie. Comfortable bed. Good gym and spa facilities. Bar and breakfast staff were slow and unhelpful. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks after having to go back to the bar twice. It wasnt even busy. A very special thanks to Phil from the maintenance team, who had to step in and sort out the breakfast service. Overall a pleasant stay. ”
