“Our view was great, overlooking ocean, and the pools. The breakfast buffet was good, there's an omelets guy there too. Get the breakfast package. The indoor pool was nice but there's so many towel hoarders that they take all the towels.
Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I told the cleaning lady we will be out in a couple minutes but she never came back, so it's kinda funny that they have a placard in the room begging for tips but they don't clean your room. I would stay...

“My family plans on returning here. We never had a bad experience. Clean sheets, rooms, smooth transition gettng our room. Nice size pool and fun events for kids and adults.i prefer washing my own clothes , so I didn't mind not having room service.”

“Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time.
