“The toilette was not cleaned during my stay... The cleaner ringed on my door, despite I had "Do not distrurb" sign activated. Then she ran though the room, giving it a 3 minutes "fresh-up, leaving the toilette untouched. Further, I don´t understand why the sauna closes already at 20.00 ?!? Normally, at other hotels, it is open until at least 22.00, and it is quite nice to have a sauna after a dinner before sleeping...”
