âGood 4 star hotel. As far as hotels in Suva are concerned, this is one of the better (if not the most cheap) options. The hotel is in good condition, staff are very friendly and service minded, and the fact that the hotel is by the sea makes it a great place to enjoy a bite to eat or drink (no swimming and no beach, but a small pool and great view over the sea). Rooms are in good conditions with comfortable beds and amazingly good room service. The breakfast is a bit on the pricey side but...

âWe were purposely rented a room that had drainage problems and smelt of rotten eggs (706 & 708) all the hotel staff including the manager was aware of it and their excuse was they know there was an issue but the previous guest did not say anything.The manager confirmed that these 2 rooms have drainage problems but they still rented to us . It ruined our holiday my kids got sick , we could not figure out where the smell was coming from , after a long flight and being part of a wedding party we...

âThanks to the hotel staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the coral coast for a relaxing vacation - most preferably a couple or a family. We were always met with a happy "Bula!" and a smiling face from everyone. No matter what strange request you come up with (blankets, HDMI cables, off menu orders by the pool), they are always glad to help and endeavour in making you satisfied. I even got celebrated with cake and beautiful flowers by three women from the staff on my 23rd...

âWe had a great stay at Fiji palms the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful, the garden staff do such a great job of maintaining the beautiful grounds, the restaurant staff Elvin, Dee, Linda to mention a few there were others who we didn't grab their names that were all fantastic, the reception staff helped us work out bus routes and tours and were so knowledgeable they made the stay so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind not overrun with tourists, close to shops and a dive centre....

âDeceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terribleâ
