“A lovely guesthouse with a lovely owner. It’s walking distance to everything in Keswick. Lots of information on walks etc provided. A fantastic cooked breakfast is included in the price. The only negative for me is the radiator in my room wasn’t as hot as my friend's room downstairs and I really feel the cold. Otherwise perfect.”

“What a great little b&b. Really loved our stay. the staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choices. Parking looks like it could be a problem at times, but we didn't have any trouble. You are in the middle of Keswick, so it is an easy walk into the centre of town. We would highly recommend.”

“Its all about attention to detail, and this place has got it and then some! Can not rate this accomodation highly enough the staff where so friendly and helpful, and nothing was a problem for them. The little things matter and the place has plenty of quality. The hot tub was a nice extra as was the piano in the lounge area. Very clean and tidy.
