âAs with any historic hotel, one should not expect everything to be shiny and perfect. That being said, this hotel is pretty well maintained, and its charm makes up for the cracks in the walls. The location canât be beat! Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. â
âThe internet was weak, and the property is showing its age but the staff was amazing, and the room was quiet. The hallway had a few dips in it and made you feel a bit unsteady.â
âMy only criticism is of Expedia for charging me an extra 42.00 because I made the reservation and needed to change it by one day. Because of this I wonât be using Expedia for any bookings from now on , so enjoy the 43 bucks.â
âThe stay was OK, but the service after check out was non existing. We have reason to believe our iPad was left behind by mistake and it took the hotel 3 calls and 4 days to retur our call saying that they found our charger, but no iPad.â
âIt was definitely higher class then most hotels nearby. However, it does suck that there is a cemetery right beside it; so, depending on the room that's the view you get. Also, I thought it was supposed to have a pool, but I wasn't able to locate it.â
