Waterfront with private boat ramp and dock for Fishermen and Families

Our home is situated on one of the best level and shady lots in a great neighborhood. We have almost 1 acre. Plenty of room for your boat & trailer.
With three comfortable bedrooms and two clean baths to comfortably sleep six. We have Starlink internet.
The level shady lot is suitable for all ages. We have outdoor dining on the covered back porch and picnic table at water, a park style charcoal BBQ grill, excellent boat ramp, lots of shade trees, and a fire pit. Enjoy swimming off the dock as there is a good bottom and swim ladders to get up on the dock. From April to November the water is approximately 12' deep at the end of the dock and 3' deep at the sea wall. Launch your boat from the ramp on property and leave it moored under the covered dock for easy access during your stay. During winter, boat launching may not be possible on site as Alabama Power drops the water level. The kids and can easily fish from the sea wall when you aren't on your boat. The water on this cove is a great depth for enjoying tubing with the kids. The fire pit is near the water and there are many outdoor chairs you can use. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this hometown neighborhood is safe and relaxing.
Inside -
This home has washer dryer, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, laminate floors throughout, a good AC unit, gas heat and a spacious back covered porch. There is a porcelain bathtub for the kids in one bathroom and a stand up shower in the master bath. One king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds are all comfortable with great sheets and pillows. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, and a microwave. There is a blow dryer.
