“Location is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountain…a/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

“Hotel outside of Covilhã, half way up the mountain. Idyllic location and great view. Our room was not well cleaned, especially the bath room was not. Neither was the cutlery and porcelain at the breakfast clean. Staff at reception could not answer our questions about mountain trails. In general, the staff at the reception could be more service-minded. The employees at the bar were the best part of this hotel experience, very sympathic.”

“D Ett 4 star hotell med en he CHEF som knappt är värd en stjärna. Byt ut Honom! Passade bättre i björnligan. Otrevlig opålitlig o försökte lura oss på 105€ extra för ett vanligt dubbelrum. Först efter flera timmars jobb o ett hotfullt sakligt mail lyckades Lena få tillbaka pengarna. Chefen förhindrar personalen att göra ett fullgott jobb! Är endast intresserad a pengar..! Aldrig upplevt något liknande på ett 4 star hotel.Hotellet har potential men inte med nuvarande chef! LenArt”
