At our Arzhof in Gaißach, you will find this 75 m² accessible apartment for up to 6 guests (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video conferences, TV, washing machine, dryer, and step-free access throughout the property ensure comfort. For families, there is 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, as well as various toys and books for children. An elevator and mountain view complete the offer.



Enjoy relaxing evenings on the private balcony with a wonderful view of the Alps. The apartment is located on a farm where you can experience cows, dogs, and rabbits up close. A large communal playground with sandbox, slides, swings, and trampoline offers plenty of variety for children.



A free parking space is available on site; a shared charging station for electric cars is provided. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Information on waste separation will be given on site.



The quiet, rural location is ideal for hiking or as a starting point for excursions in the region. Austria is only a few kilometers away, and train stations are located in Gaißach and Obergries. The Sonntraten and Brauneck mountains, the town of Bad Tölz, and the lakes Walchensee and Tegernsee are all within easy reach.
