Great location from UF

Property could use some deep cleaning especially the various carpets around the home. It’s a pet friendly home , and definitely has a pet odor.

UF ORIENTATION

My son had orientation at UF so decided to make a weekend of it. The house was very nice and had a lot of space. It was close to everything the host communicated well. The pool was an added bonus and it was perfect to cool off after walking around UF. Great place with great host:)

Just as described. Very clean and comfortable house. All we needed for our short stay. The pool was excellent. So many areas to enjoy. Kitchen is very well equipped. Quick response to questions. Easy access and easy parking. Loved it.

What a pleasure

This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood feel. Pool was clean and fun to use. House was clean and Elaine was quick to respond, answer questions and offer help. It was a true pleasure to stay here.

Parents weekend

Great place to stay we used it for parents weekend. 12 min ride to campus and restaurants so was convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. House clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Perfect Family Place

We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay

We had a great experience staying at this house. The property managers did a wonderful job communicating with us about what to expect and all of the little details. The locations was great--very short drive to the Natural History Museum and Devil's Millhopper State Park. And the kids loved being able to play in the pool.

LOVED IT!

Tammy was just as wonderful as our stay! The house is adorable and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We had a long term stay and were literally sad when we left. The house is spacious and clean, and even the weather didn't permit us use of the pool, it was so pleasent to look at from numerous views in the house. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed and it was all clean and new. This house could easily and comfortably fit a large family with room to spare! Loved it, thank you Tammy!!
