Check in was easy and the host was communicative and easy going. House was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed- even for the kids! During our stay, we went to Midland Greenway, which had a beautiful playground, a dog park, and a brewery! The whole family was happy!Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Everything was perfect Elliot was an amazing host and will definitely be back if needed. Elliot went above and beyond. There was an ice storm while we were there and he came and salted the driveway and broke up the ice so we could get out. He also brought a new space heater for the basement because the one there was only blowing out cold air. Elliot was very understand that after a snow storm I wasn’t able to get out of the driveway (because it was very steep and I got stuck) and I had to get towed up the driveway and we got out a little bit later then check out.

Beautiful home. The views were incredible! We needed nothing upon arrival. The hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful house.. quiet peaceful neighborhood

We loved our stay. The house met all our expectations. It's a beautiful home. The surrounding area is very relaxing and peaceful. Everything you need is there. If you're looking for some police that is a nice quiet place to relax and rejuvenate yourself this is it. The owner was very quick and good at answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. In fact I wish I would have had one more week there.

So much fun!

We had a perfect time here and definitely want to come back. The floating dock was so nice and we had tons of fun on the kayaks. Every window, (the windows looked brand new, by the way), had a beautiful view of the trees and forest surrounding the house. We enjoyed watching deer throughout the day and you can even watch them through various windows of the house. The location was great as far as being convenient to many stores and a nice variety of restaurants. If you are looking for a restaurant on the water, Pelican Pete’s was a bit of a drive but totally worth it to us for the food, view, atmosphere and people watching. Downtown Gainesville is a short drive and we just happened to come across Midland Greenway which is a fun place to walk and has a dog park and lots of places for kids to play and a couple of breweries for adults to play.

Fun for All

The host has thought of literally everything you might need while you stay. Communication was easy & responsive. We enjoyed our four night stay and never ran out of things to do. I loved that videos were sent so we’d know how things in the house operate. Our teenagers enjoyed themselves and so did we!

Short getaway

The house was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a good location and was well stocked with with linen. The basement area was really nice but cold. It could use an extra unit. The only other suggestion I would have is maybe the addition of a couple of more pots for cooking.

Girls Trip

House was very nice inside and out. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area and decks. It’s a very quiet neighborhood so you’ll have to be inside at 9 pm. The temperature was nice during our stay but afraid to be on the deck past 9 because of the restrictions. But plenty of space inside and huge TVs in both living room areas. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Like a modern day tree house!

In just about every room you see trees, leaves and wildlife through large windows. The deck is the perfect place to relax, play cribbage maybe? All the necessities for cooking, even a Green Egg for grilling. The bedrooms were very comfortable, this house had everything we needed to unwind and relax. We will be back!

FANTASTIC!

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the whole family and then some. The lake and dock are superb and comfortable. Nice place to relax and chill. Loved there were kayaks and fishing poles available for the kids and adults. The golf cart was a plus, though we did not use it we enjoyed the short walk to the dock. Summer would be a great time to visit and bring the waverunners. Everything was clean, plenty of extra bedding and towels. Communication was excellent immediate responses to all our questions. Thank you we will be back again.
