Enjoy the largest private boat dock around, scenic sunset views, wildlife in their natural, peaceful environment. Our luxury getaway has 4- spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths-enough space for family and friends. Majestic lake views from the modern open floor plan on the main floor allow everyone space to enjoy the freedoms of lake life. Enjoy cooking breakfast on the main floor or the bottom floor where we house the 2nd living space and 2nd kitchen. Have a mimosa in your very own hot tub as you gaze into the sunset. We offer plentiful free parking for your vehicles and your boat or jet-ski. We have a 2nd floor on our boat dock that is available for gatherings--contact your host to begin your journey on the lake. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. No lifeguard on duty: Please exercise caution when using the lake and hot tub. Guests assume all responsibility and risk associated with water activities.

2. Hot tub usage: Enjoy the hot tub, but please follow these guidelines: a) No glass or food inside the hot tub; b) Rinse off any oils or lotions before entering; c) Keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use; d) Limit the number of occupants to the specified capacity. ---$250 per stay (fee collected separately)

3. Quiet hours: Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level throughout the day.

4. No parties or events: Our lake house is designed for relaxing getaways, so please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings (Not over 20--including home max of 9) without prior approval. Our 2nd floor boat dock has 5-foldout tables and 20-fold out chairs (perfect for small gatherings -$250 per stay)

5. Smoking policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the hot tub area. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are completely extinguished.

6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. --- Fee is $250 per stay (up to two pets)

7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout your stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the house in a similar condition as when you arrived.

9. Garbage disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bins or bags provided. If the bins are full, please tie the bags securely and place them in the designated area outside.

10. Parking: Please Park only in designated areas and be mindful of other vehicles and neighbors' access. NO STREET PARKING.

11. Check-out instructions: On your departure day, please ensure all lights are turned off, appliances are switched off, and windows and doors are locked.
