Lo Spicchio is a picture-perfect Chianti holiday home. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it sits in a postcard landscape with 360-degree views over the rolling hills of  the Chianti Classico. Its peaceful rural setting, large landscaped garden with pool and whirlpool, and beautifully styled interior make it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, the villa offers easy access to renowned wineries, castles, and charming villages. The famous Castello di Ama, also known for its contemporary art collection, is just a few kilometres away. The nearby village of Lecchi, with the excellent Ristorante Malborghetto and a small grocery shop, is less than three kilometres away. Radda in Chianti, with restaurants, shops and a supermarket, can be reached in ten minutes by car. Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and Arezzo are also within easy reach for day trips.

The house is set in a quiet countryside location and spreads across three floors. Spacious rooms and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces create a light, open atmosphere.



The large garden is meticulously maintained, with lawns, Mediterranean plants, and ancient olive trees. Several covered terraces invite al fresco dining, complemented by cosy sitting areas and quiet spots to unwind. Stone paths wind through the garden. The large pool and whirlpool are perfect for relaxing, especially at sunset.



Inside, traditional Tuscan features like wooden beams, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls are combined with stylish furnishings and soft colours. Large windows flood the space with natural light and connect the indoors with the surrounding landscape. Carefully chosen artwork adds to the character. A highlight is the upper-level snug with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct garden access  - a place to relax and feel at home.
