The dependance of Villa Frangipani (see our other listing for more pictures and other details) is a single large air-conditioned elegantly furnished studio. There's a good queen bed (a foldable baby cot could be provided upon request) with a wooden separè, a beautiful fireplace, one sofa & chairs, a small fully equipped corner to prepare food for a couple. This unit was built to host the owner's guests, was never made available for rent before 2023 and is finely furnished. It's only occasionally rented out to referenced couples, searching for a private and quiet location to spend a relaxing holiday in the hearth of Salento. The property is 2 minutes drive from the village of Sannicola (1.1 kilometers, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants or pizzerie), 8 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of lido Conchiglie and Padula Bianca, 10 minutes away from the historic town of Gallipoli, 25 minutes from the wonderful baroque city of Lecce.
The Dependance is located in a detached and separated area of the main villa (through a iron gate) and it has a separated entrance. guests of the dependance have access from a different gate of the main villa to ensure a good level of privacy for both the owner of the villa and the tenants of the dependance.
Guests of the Dependance are not allowed to use the main villa's pool.
