The accommodation has been recently renovated and carefully furnished. It is located in the central area of the village, just a short walk from shops, cafés, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.
Situated on the second and top floor of an elegant building, the apartment opens onto a large living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining space featuring a generous table with six chairs. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with ample counter space and a central island, perfect for breakfast or quick meals.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet.
There is also a cellar available, ideal for storing bicycles.
Guests will have access to Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Heating and hot water are independent and powered by a private gas boiler.
Please note: the apartment does not include a television by choice — an invitation to slow down, immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty, and enjoy meaningful moments, whether in company or in peaceful solitude.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the apartment ready to welcome you with fresh bed linens and towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit including oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, laundry detergent capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.

The apartment participates in the NativooForGood initiative, which promotes conscious, eco-friendly tourism in the Lake Como and Valsassina areas. . In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
