It is so nice to be in downtown Galena and within walking distance to everything. The hosts are so helpful and generous, and they respond quickly to any questions we have. The hosts were very kind and let us check in early as we were overtaken by a Boy Scout pilgrimage. The VRBO was clean and well kept. Everything was as pictured or described.

Great location, beautifully decorated with a nice view. We were able to watch both the 4th of July parade and fireworks from the loft windows, which was a huge plus with seniors in the group so we could still partake but not feel rushed by the stormy weather or heat. Firm beds with comfortable cotton linens. (No polyester sheets was a huge plus for sensitive skin!) Functionality of the small kitchenette for a group of 7 was the only challenge. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
