“For starters, I would say this location is convenient for driving across the country. That being said, it's loud and busy because it is literally at a travel center with semi's coming through at all hours. Upon checking in, I let the front desk person know I am staying with a dog and a cat to which her response was rather odd, acting as though it's a miracle a dog and cat can live together and actually like each other. I'm assuming because of the dog, we were put in a room in a first floor...

“The checkin procedure is a bit awkward. Website says after 3pm, office door says they are there 10am-4pm, but not a person onsite. You text them when you arrive, waited about 30 minutes before getting response with door code. But it was a unique cool place. Very clean, great bed, shower and wifi. Lots of road noise but was ok for the one night we were there. Glad we tried it.”

“My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card.”

“Breakfast was very limited for the price it should have been much better no fried potatoes biscuit and gravy no pancakes waffles that are very less likely. Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess.
