“This was the best stay during our visit of sri lanka. We stayed there with our bigger kids and another family. The house has four rooms with AC. One with four beds which was perfect for the kids. The house and the Garden has several cosy places to stay and relax and have some space. My favorite place were the sunbeds overviwing the beach. The villa golden staff is just perfect. “56 By Deco is smack bang in the middle of the old Fort district of Galle with restaurents and shops all around and the old sea wall just a five minute walk away. The hotel is very small but the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Breakfast downstairs was great and served another friendly member of the team. If you are spending a day or two in Galle I can warmly recommend.”

“Nice homestay with a lovely garden. 4km from the city centre. The open-air skylight in the bathroom is a lovely touch but it also lets the bugs in. The owner and is family are very welcoming. Breakfast was good and sufficient.”
