This hotel was an enormous disappointment. It looked beautiful in the photos when I booked it, but the reality was completely different. Had I known what the hotel actually looked like, I would never have booked it.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was unpleasant. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and completely unhelpful. When I needed assistance checking out at around 8:00 AM because I had an 11:00 AM flight, I was essentially told that it was too early in the morning for anyone to help me. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have never experienced such an unprofessional attitude toward a basic guest request.
Even worse, the room I was given was not the room I booked. I reserved a Deluxe Double Room, but the room I received did not resemble the room shown in the booking photos or what I reasonably expected from the description. It was extremely small and cramped, to the point that I could barely find space for my luggage. The bathroom was so tiny that two people could not comfortably stand inside it at the same time.
The location of the room made the experience even worse. My room essentially overlooked a service/utility area where towels and other items were being hung out to dry. It felt more like being placed in a back-of-house service area than being given an actual hotel room. This was completely inconsistent with the room I had booked.
