“Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...

“I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.”

“Hotel smelled of mold and sewage. But at least staff was nice. Canceled and got my money back.”

“We had a great stay here, the room was fresh, clean and quiet and we didn’t hear the trains others have been writing about in this area. The breakfast had nice waffles and a lady making omelets which was a big plus! We could do our laundry in fast machines. The only thing that is negative is the water, it’s somehow oily, but that might be in the whole area. So being drinking water if you don’t want to drink it”

“The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. The only thing we had a problem with was the breakfast. Both the scrambled eggs and the sausage had some sort of seasoning on them that was not good. We tried the boiled eggs and they tasted sour. I don't know if they were bad but we didn't take a chance and threw them away. We often stay at La Quinta properties and this is the only location we've encountered this.”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

“Helt ok för en övernattning och lätt att hitta längs Historic route 66. Ett typiskt amerikanskt motell i låga längor där alla kan parkera utanför dörren. Ägaren var mycket tillmötesgående och fixade fram ett kylskåp till mig. Frukost intas på grannmotellet med 2 min promenad. Jag stannar gärna till här igen”
