“En general muy bien el hotel, frente a la playa y con desayuno incluido! Lo único malo fue que estaban como en reparación de alguna tubería y nos quitaban el agua durante el día sin previo aviso y necesitábamos bañarnos después de la playa”

“Bra hotell med bra service och trevligt pool område. Tyvärr ligger det lite långt ifrån "centrum" i Galveston men inga problem att åka taxi.”

“They offer breakfast when booking but at the front desk I was informed the breakfast was only muffins, which is very misleading. Would have booked elsewhere if I knew that was the included breakfast.”

“Jättefint hotell nära havet. Rummet var jättefint och rent, och personalen i receptionen var mycket vänliga och checkade in oss före incheckningstiden. Det låg ett stenkast från Golden Corral. ”

“Ar check-in they tried to convince that the rooms we requested were unavailable for the entirety of our stay. When I protested, after a delay, the manager “fixed” it. The water pressure was very low. The shower tile had unfilled holes in it. This hotel has gone down in service and quality.”

“Room was clean but the air conditioning barely kept the room even moderately cool and it wasn’t that hot outside. Breakfast was gross. Waiting about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check out.”

“No coffee pot in room. No breakfast. People above us on 3rd floor made a lot of noise!! Will not stay again! Beds were double not queen.”

“The staff here was absolutely the best I've encountered in years! They were kind and so helpful ! I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it....
