This is a great property. It is well maintained and has everything you would need. There are plenty of restaurants close by with a great beach across the street. The grounds and pool are well maintained. Kathy was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo also has beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella if you need it. We will stay there again.

Thank you for the good condo! It was very clean and full of light. Especially big thank you for the clean floors! With the beach closeness clean floors were a big relief because we walk barefoot at home. The bedding was soft, kids blankets were perfect - not too warm, not too thin. Thank you for the beach towels, too. We did not take enough with ourselves. Thank you for the enough amount of dishes and a pot. Thank you for the coffee. The couch was nice, too. The blackout curtains really helped to blackout the light from the outside - that was especially needed for the small one’s naps. The pool was clean and warm, which was essential for my kids because they liked to swim in the pool after the ocean and they did not get too cold and did not get sick of the temperature drop. But the ocean was the best! With the generous piece of the shallow waters, my kids could swim and splash around while day long. The sandy beach was just like the one at my home in Crimea, Ukraine.Thank you for your hospitality!

It was a nice getaway for a few days. The host was nice & accommodations were clean & comfy. The bed was not the best & one of the elevators was out of order and one of the pools was closed during our stay but the proximity to the beach & other amenities was perfect! Very safe area & welcoming condo. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Perfect location!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo in Galveston! Checking in was super easy and the man and woman working the desk were extremely nice! The location of the condo is close to plenty of restaurants whether you want to drive OR walk and the beach is directly across from it, 5 minute walk or leas depending on the traffic. I thought i would hate having to cross the road but it really wasn’t bad and everywhere is like that in Galveston anyway. The only reason we’re not giving it a full 5 stars is because one elevator was broken which happened to be the elevator closest to us AND MOSTLY because the hot tubs were cold. They’re also really offset from the pools resulting for a longer walk across the property to even get to them but it would have been worth it had they been actually hot. We didn’t see anyone in them the whole time and saw multiple guests go in and leave immediately so we knew it was not just a problem the one night. Anyway neither of those things make the condo itself any less perfect. You have a pool view which I personally enjoyed and a just slightly restricted view of the ocean but it was still really really nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Property wasn't angry location. Directly across from the beach easy one to shops and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to the Port of Galveston for our cruise. The condo is on the smaller size but for the price it's well worth it

Spring break

It’s an older condo, right across the street from Walmart and sonic. Loved the pool, best part! Nice beach. Condo had extras like pool toys and beach rug, flash lights, plenty of towels and extra blankets. AC worked well. Good parking. BUT we got stuck in the elevator and when I called the front desk they simply hung up on me… that was a big turn off… no one shut the elevator down after we finally got off (like 5 min) later… I am glad we got to stay there as it was a last minute decision, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

First of all I would like to say the owner Kathy was very easy to work with. The condo loved the view off the balcony. Looked out over the and then you could look across the street and see Babes beach. We will definitely be back. was nice and clean. was nice and clean

This is a wonderful property with excellent amenities and a perfect location. The condo fit our family of five and we loved using the heated pools, hot tubs, fitness room, and tennis court. The beach was right outside the front gate and we were next door to Walmart. In our travels in the area, I didn't see a nicer property than this one. It made our vacation perfect!

Anniversary vacation

We enjoyed our stay, it was only too short of a stay! We enjoyed the location, there was easy access to the beach, you have to cross the street but there’s place for pedestrian crossings at the light which makes it great! We were able to do our own cooking when we wanted to as well as eat out at our convenience, there’s multiple restaurants within walking distance with Walmart close by as well. The front balcony with a view of the beach was awesome as well.

Great location, decent place

Highs: location is so great, right across from beach, pools are soooo warm and perfect for our November trip, included beach chairs and pool tube were fun, cute beach decor in condo, parking easy, the kids said the bunk beds were comfortable. Not as highs: the queen bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens and pillows seemed like cast offs on their way to a thrift store. You really don’t realize how small 400ish sqft is until you’re in it for a few days. Really needs a paint job and clean baseboards. Dishwasher didn’t seem to work. Tub/shower rusty and food was left in the freezer from previous tennant. It was a fine place to stay but I think I would pay a bit more next time for a newer place.
