Pearl O' the Sea - Family Beach House

Step inside to a beautiful and spacious open-concept living area, where the kitchen and living room flow together seamlessly. The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave, and both drip and single-cup Keurig coffee makers for your morning brew.

The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This charming home sleeps eight guests across three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third with a twin trundle. For your convenience, the home includes two full bathrooms, one of which features a relaxing jetted tub.

Your private outdoor oasis is the true highlight. The upper deck offers a swing and rocking chair for enjoying the coastal breeze. Downstairs, an expansive covered patio is perfect for lounging or grilling, complete with a fire pit, hammock, hanging chair, Adirondack chairs, and games. An enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. The beach and several local attractions are within a comfortable walking distance.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests total, with a maximum of 6 guests aged 18+. An additional charge of $25 per night applies for the 7th and 8th guest s(including children).

Visitors: The maximum number of combined guests and daytime visitors (until 9 pm) is 10, including children.

Unauthorized Guests: An additional fee of $50 per guest will be charged if the number of overnight guests exceeds the number on your reservation and may result in eviction without a refund.

Pets: We welcome up to two fully house-trained adult dogs (max 60 lbs each) NO Exceptions - for a non-refundable fee of $90 per dog, per stay. Pets must stay off all furniture, be cleaned up after, and kenneled if left alone. No other types of pets are allowed. A $100 fee (in addition to the standard pet fee) will be charged for undisclosed pets.

Service Animals: Per Texas House Bill 4164, falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A $200 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

**Important Information**

Booking Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book, provide a government-issued photo ID, and have completed the booking platform verification process OR have at least one 5-star guest review. No third-party bookings are permitted, and the primary guest must be present for the entire stay.

Weather Events: Cancellations are eligible for a refund only when a mandatory evacuation order is issued or there is a large-scale outage of essential utilities. Please note that June through November is hurricane season, and we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
