The Space:

Step inside the spacious living room, where rich hardwood floors and a ceiling fan create a bright and comfortable setting. A cozy sofa and accent armchairs surround the central coffee table, while a large smart TV provides entertainment. The living room flows through a wide doorway into the dining area, where a white table with gray seating accommodates 6. Beyond the dining space, the fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, warm butcher block countertops, open shelving with glassware and dinnerware, a double basin sink, compact dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers, gas range, and a 2-door stainless steel refrigerator. The back patio is accessible directly from the second bedroom or by an exterior staircase along the side of the home.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms, with an additional full/full bunk bed tucked into a nook in the dining area.



Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed and Smart TV, creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring Galveston.



Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed and connects to the home's only full bathroom, which includes a single vanity and a shower and tub combination.



The bathroom also has a separate entry from the kitchen, providing convenient access for guests outside the bedroom.

• Paved driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking on the grass area behind the driveway for a total of up to 3 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: 1 located at the front door and 1 located at the back door.
