Nestled in the charming Sea Isle Beach Community on the West End of Galveston Island, our property is just a stone’s throw from the marina, making it an ideal spot for boating enthusiasts and beach lovers alike.

Master Bedroom Retreat: The upstairs master bedroom features a private balcony – perfect for savoring your morning coffee with ocean breezes.

Plush Sleeping Arrangements: All three bedrooms boast queen-sized plush beds designed to cradle you into blissful rest after sun-filled adventures. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while the third is conveniently situated on the main level.

Bathrooms: Main floor has a full sized bathroom with tub and shower combination with one sink. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and sink and makeup mirrors. There is an outside shower on the lower level and a outside bathroom by the boat dock. Both bathrooms inside have hair dryers.

Kitchen: All updated appliances in the kitchen. There is a double stove, dishwasher, apron sink, microwave, and fridge. All the cooking supplies needed including a new Kitchenaid blender and mixer.

Decks: The large deck has a palapa located on it with outside TV and seating for lounging. There is a seating area for 6 on this level. There is an upper deck off the main bedrooms with furniture for watching the sunset or drinking coffee in the morning. The downstairs area has a swing, hammocks, and seating area for 4 on this main level.

Grill: Charcoal grill available for cooking. Don’t forget to bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid!

There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board for use at this property.

Summertime: There will be a large Lily pad for enjoying the canal along with tubes for floating.

The Marina nearby has 2 restaurants, store and bait shop!

There is a community pool; & key access to the pier located inside the house by the front door. Pool Access guest access fee is $100 & can be purchased at marina office.

Wifi: High Speed Wifi throughout the property

Cable TV: There are several SmartTVs at this location. The living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There is also an outdoor TV with Cable on the palapa.

Pet Policy: This is a dog friendly property and requires a pet fee if you plan on bringing a pet to this property. The fence is 3ft high in certain portions. The pet fee is $40 and can be up to 2 dogs. Be sure not to leave your pets alone on this property. Please message us if you plan on bringing a pet.

Games: Love a great game night! The living room has lots of games underneath the TV including cards, puzzles, and dice. There are cornhole boards & horseshoes outside downstairs.
