Iâve stayed at this property SEVERAL times, with no issues, but this time, CLEARLY, a sewage pipe or something related to sewage, had burst. Instead of the front desk doing ANYTHING to get me away from this uninhabitable smell, ROBERT, at the front desk, lied to the Expedia customer service representative, and said that he didnât think the smell was that bad, and that heâd had no other complaints. LIES! My sister overheard someone complaining to him about the smell as she was checking in. I was on the 5th floor, and that was where the smell was concentrated. The rest of my family, 10 people total, were on the 6th floor (slightly smelly), and the 4th floor (no smell). My husband, daughter, and myself spent the entire weekend in this port-a-potty smelling room and hallway with no attempts from ANY of the staff to move us to a suitable space. I also paid for a beach view room, but my view was a dirty, abandoned parking lot. Iâm STILL highly irritated at having to pay so much money for such a horrible experience.
