● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is space for up to 6 vehicles.

On the main level, the open living area features high ceilings, recessed lighting, and wood floors. Casual and beachy, the entire room is wide open and ideal for large groups and families. Outside through the glass door is a private oasis overlooking the tranquil bay waters— with plenty of seating and space to lounge.

In the kitchen, stylish shaker cabinets are topped with sparkling marble countertops. There’s tons of storage and space to work here— from brewing the morning coffee to preparing an elaborate dinner for the whole crew. You’ll have everything you need and more. A spacious island has casual bar seating for early morning pancakes or post-beach afternoon snacks. Classic white subway tiles and stainless steel appliances add a chic feel to the space. There’s a half bathroom off the kitchen as well as the master suite with a spacious full bathroom and closet, king-size bed and private access to the first level deck overlooking the bay.

Upstairs, an open lofted living area is a great hangout space. Outside is a soaring third-level deck space with panoramic views of the bay. Four more bedrooms provide plenty of flexible sleeping space. The first and second bedrooms have a king-size bed. A third bedroom has two queen-size beds set side-by-side, and the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two twin-over-full-size bunks and a twin trundle bed. There’s also a large full bathroom and laundry room.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
