Ta sedan din favoritdryck och gå ner där du hittar tv���� träsvängningar och solstolar för att njuta av de kalla golfbrisen. Den nedre skuggade ytan ������r ocks������������������ perfekt för familjen grill och cookouts, med bord, stolar och en stor grill. Det stora ��ppna konceptet vardagsrum, matsal och kök är ett bra s���tt att hålla familjen tillsammans medan du förbereder eller äter mat. The rental was as advertised and better. Check in/out was straight forward and we were even allowed to check in a little early. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Plenty of washing machine and dish washer tabs were available which can be an issue for rentals. Outside deck was especially nice in that it had a gate to block the stairs which enabled us to let the dog out while remaining contained on the second level. All in all it was a great trip and I would not hesitate to rent Island Breeze again.

Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze. House was clean, nice neighborhood and not too far from the beach. Had a good time riding the bikes they provided.

Island breeze is GREAT!

This was our first time renting a house in Galveston and it exceeded all our expectations and more! Very nice house with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun family vacation ! Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach area wich was also a very nice spot! Definitely will be going again next year and more years to come.

Great time at the beach

What a great spot for the family to get together. The house is just as advertised easy to find and the beach is right there. We ate at a little local pizza place that was family friendly also. Grilling in the evening as the swings kept the kids rocking. Thank you for having the family get together at your place.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay

Island Breeze is a very comfortable, welcoming house with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with good cookware, cooking utensils, appliances and accessories. The deck has comfortable furnishings, although there is not even a sliver of a view of the Gulf. However, it is a very short walk to the beach. The ground floor/carport area has two nice swings, a grill area and bikes in the garage for guest use. Our family of 4 had a most enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Great location for family

We had an excellent stay! Perfect house for small family. Nice bathrooms and kitchen and a short walk to the beach that was not too crowded. Property management communicated well and maintain the property nicely. Biggest complaint (and it’s minor) is there were no extra trash bags other than the 1 left by the management group and no bags in the bathroom trash cans. Also none of the guest beds had any sheets put on them already so I had to make the beds needed when we arrived after a long travel day. Overall I’d recommend and would love to stay here again if we return to Galveston.

Island Breeze

Beautiful property! Great location for a quick walk to Pirate Beach! Location is great very close to grocery stores and Restaurants. The only negative was wish we would have know to bring toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. We also did have an issue with the bedroom TVs being set with a parental block we couldn’t even watch the news. It was a little frustrating and we never got it resolved per Direct TV only the owner could resolve this. We would however recommend this property and will use again!

Great stay!

This property is in such a nice neighbord, well kept and stocked with almost everything you need. The DVD player doesn't work, so it would be nice to have it fixed. It is about 3 blocks from the beach, so not a bad walk. We have smaller children so some distance from the water was okay with us. We thought a golf cart would have been nice but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. They did have a wagon, so that helped. Several bikes in the garage that the bigger kids rode to the beach. All kinds of beach toys to use, including boogie boards. Love the swings, tables grills and games on the bottom level. There was a loose spindle on the staircase that a little one could fall through, but we called management and they plan to repair it. They were very nice. The house inside is very nice and feels roomier than the square footage because the layout is good. The kids loved the bunkbeds but you do have to make them up yourself upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need. The upper porch is nice but fans would nice. Overall great stay. Thanks for sharing your property.

Very close to beach and in a nice neighborhood. Like being a distance from the seawall.

The rental is great and can accommodate a large group well. We were only 3 people and each had a separate bedroom.

Island Breeze

The Island Breeze was a nice little getaway for our family of five. It was quaint and cute. Pretty clean. Definitely bring laundry soap, toilet paper, paper plates/plastic utensils/cups, paper towels, etc. The beach is just a short walk and if there's parking available, you can drive to it. Husband said the grill could be updated as it was pretty janky. The only thing that I really didn't like was that you aren't allowed to have anyone over for any reason. We have family in the area and it would have been nice to have them over for dinner one night and grill out and for my kids to see their cousins. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Just what we wanted

Pirate's Beach was perfect for what we wanted. The house was an easy stroll to the beach and the beach was much nicer than I expected. We'd planned to go to Stewart Beach, but after seeing the beach right there by the house, we decided to stay right there by the house. This neighborhood is far enough from the hussle and bussle of the sea wall to relax, but close enough to get to all attractions within a brief drive. Everything was clean and just what we expected. The only things we would have changed would have been to have a slightly larger bed in the master (it was a full) and there was a loose step on the stairs in need of repair. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great property

Location and property were wonderful. Check-in and check-out was effortless. This beautiful home had everything we needed and plenty of extras. The garage held so many toys, bikes, chairs...you name it. We brought so much from home that was already supplied here. We all had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again!

It'll do

Island Breeze adequately accommodated my family. The older age of the home affected my sense of cleanliness of it (i.e. the tub in the shower has chips, the rubber drain plug was moldy, a couple of the small kitchen appliances were faulty (electric hand mixer didn't work and expresso machine leaked water all over the kitchen counter). The property manager is serious in the description about providing little to no daily supplies. You'll need to shop for/bring your own soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, and food storage containers. Use of the beach toys was super great for the 4 year old and the radio flyer wagon made getting him and the toys to the beach a breeze. We were disappointed that the bikes that are available for guest use have been abused to the point that most are not functional. Checkout is promptly at 10:00am. The cleaner was parked on the street waiting for us to leave on the day of departure.

Our home away from home

We love island breeze! We have been coming here every year since we moved to Texas in 2017. It’s cozy, clean and feels like a home away from home. We love the location and they have lots of beach toys for the kids :) Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Nice family beach house

House was clean and spacious. Lots of kitchen amenities supplied. Lived the top and bottom outdoor spaces. Beach is close by, convenience store close by. It sleeps ten as advertised, however two are on the couches. Not a big deal. It was a good value and pleasant stay. We will be back next year. Thanks.
