Hello and welcome to our home!

We are delighted you have decided to visit with us. We have carefully filled the house with items we think you may need during your stay. The house was created in remembrance of my mother, Rosa. She believed home was the place where you felt most comfortable. We hope you find comfort, fun and enjoyment while visiting with us.

The condo has been thoroughly cleaned while observing COVID precautions. We will not monitor you by camera inside the house. Should you have any problems, you may reach out to us. We can’t wait to read your good reviews.

There are some DOs and DON’Ts we would like you to observe and honor.

DOs
- Unplug the indoor camera at check in and plug it bacon at check out
- Do complete the Condo Association registration prior to check in; once completed the process begins for the receipt of your contactless entry
- Feel free to wash your clothing while in the house
- Feel free to use your personal streaming password to access the apps and logout before you depart to prevent others from using your account
- Feel free to use the dish soap dispenser (located on the right side of the kitchen sink) and hand soap dispensers (located on the left side of the kitchen sink) and in the bathroom area
- Feel free to use the pool and fitness room (keys located on the coat rack). Loss of keys is a $75 fee per key

DON’Ts
- Please do not smoke in the house. If you smoke on the patio, the doors and windows must be closed to prevent the smell from entering the house
- Please do not invite extra guest. If this rule is not followed, all guest will be required to leave without refund
- Please do not use the garage or leave trash in the garage; A mop is located in the garage and should be the only reason to enter the garage
- Please let us know if any items break or do not work properly

To enter the house use the keypad on the door. Your code will be provided after registration. Enter the code, the door processes the code and then you may turn the nob. When leaving the house, simply pull the door closed behind you, select the picture of the “lock” and the door is locked.
