Description inaccurate

Condo was very nice. The description described it as sleeping 8 people. However, the couch did not make into a bed. Also, it was described as king beds in each bedroom but there was only queen beds. We did have an air matress that we had to use.

Thanks for ruining our family vacation

We booked a family vacation here for 2 nights, we had a 4 hour drive to reach this hotel with 3 kids. We had to turn back because the condo doesn’t hand out keys, you get a code. I called to tell them we’d be late checking in and found out there was no room for us, no one could be bothered to tell us. We finally after hours on the phone with Hotels.com got 1 night there. We started driving again. They told us the security guard would have our parking pass and room code. We arrived there after 1am and spent the next 50 minutes searching for this illusive security guard. We called the after hours number multiple times and no one answered. We had to find another hotel. The drunk people in the back having sex by the dumpster was a nice touch.

Weekend away

Sorry to say the room we stayed in had plumbing problems and was very small. So small you could not walk around the bed, it was on the beach. Easy access.

Interior decorated very well, kitchen, bathroom, pool amenities ample supplies. Clean, enjoyable stay, would / will return again. Overall staff at check in professional, great attitudes, provided lots of information.

I felt it should have been cheaper since it's off season. I felt that the living area was small and the floor and bathroom weren't all that clean. Love love loved the view and the quiet. Employees were nice

The Condo was decorated beautifully.

The main pool was closed for 3 days and never cleared up. Check in was difficult expedia did not inform us we had to check in several blocks from the property. Once in the room was wonderful .

Great place to stay

Great vacation with friends. We stayed here last year and was in the same room. The only disappointing thing was not being able to use the balcony. There was a sign saying stuctural damage all 3 floors on our side so we couldn't go out on the balcony. Very disappointing, but the rest was great.

After a long hot day we showed up to our condo to find out the air conditioner wasn't working so we had to make severa calls and wait on a man to come try and fix it. He couldn't fix it so we had to load all our things back up and move to another condo which was nicer but just a hassle with two kids. People were helpful but it was to hot with our babies to have to be doing all of that they should of checked it all before we got there. Also didn't like checking in one place then going to another.

Cute but less than perfect

The condo was very nicely decorated. Although it was very small, it served it's purpose. I had almost canceled after reading other reviews about it being dirty and there being bugs. But our room was very clean and we never saw a single bug. The pool area is very nice but the water was freezing! Even the heated pool was too cold to enjoy. But it's Spring so I guess that's what you get. The thing that bothered us the most was all the rules and fees. They don't seem happy to have you as a guest and they certainly don't welcome you to have guest while you are there. It was also a little far from the down town area. Of course you can drive and pay to park. Also, the beach across the street was a rock beach so if you wanted to walk on the beach you needed to drive to get to a nice sandy beach.

Fantastic accommodations!

I took my daughter and my three grandchildren for a 5 day vacation. The room was perfect. It was more spacious than I thought it was going to be. The little ones loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, I wished I knew they supplied pool toys.....I purchased before we left for our trip and was pleasantly surprised when we found more. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds, rooms and pool were super clean. I would diffinatly come back!

Good stay.

The staff were great. The walls were thin. Only 2 of the 4 oven burners worked. The balcony light was 'hot' as it hung from the wall...very dangerous. And the shower curtain fell on me 4 times! But we have a good sense of humor so it was all ok. The staff put in a work order for the above mentioned so hopefully it will all be fixed for the next visitor.

Cramped outdated and uncomfortable room

Room too small to even have a table to eat at or for the kids to put puzzles together. Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable experience with the metal poking through. Couldn't get any sleep! Very outdated and not clean. Had a bad smell. Not worth the money we paid!

The room we first checked into was completely roach infested! We did not discover this until we returned from dinner. Fortunately when I called the after hours # the gentleman was helpful and gave us another available room to move to immediately. The second room was okay. Very very small and not quite what I hoped for. Really appreciated the quick response of the staff but will not stay there again!

Rundown

The room was very run down and over priced for the accommodation. Bed was very springy so much so that when either my husband or my self turned over in bed it felt like a child jumping up and down. Burners on the stove wouldn't get hot enough to cook. Garbage disposal didn't work so the sink would not drain properly. Small ottoman had a broken wheel that I discovered when I tried to roll it. There was no dishwasher soap so we had to purchase our own so that we wouldn't be charged an extra cleaning fee. Loud noise when the air conditioning was on. There was no stopper for the bath tub, cabinet knobs missing. Caked on food all down the side of the refrigerator not to mention the very poor job that was done spraying painting the fridge. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I've stayed at several condos in Galveston over the years for less money and half the issues. Clearly I would not recommend this condo.

Seriously too small for 3 people

This condo says it sleeps six. Well I don;t see how 6 people would fit into this very small space. There were 3 adults on this stay and with luggage...not good! The beds were very uncomfortable, it was hard to be organized without stepping on each other. The balcony rail was loose and scary! Dead roach freaked us all out!! I would never stay there again!!

Beautiful condo close to the beach

Our kids LOVED the pool! The room was nice and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. We're already planning our next visit.

at time of booking we were not told that keys needed to be picked up at a different location, no pool key was supplied with the room or by rental manager, hotel staff reluctantly gave us a key. room in general was very nice, view was fantastic, biggest dissapointment was no wifi, if amenadies are listed to be included, they need to be.

Nice place

Don't bother checking in early because it won't happen. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay, I really cannot complain. The kids loved the bunk beds, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and it was very clean.
